Our online store first launched in March of 2020 as a survival tactic.
We were still a very new business who at the time made an income from catering events & providing desserts to stadiums, casino, hotels, and all of the first places to close because of the pandemic.
We needed to try something new. And we needed it to be quick.
We started by offering "BUILD YOUR OWN ICE CREAM SANDWICH KITS" through home deliveries. And what happened next was AMAZING.....
YOU ALL...THE COMMUNITY...BEYOND SHOWED UP TO SUPPORT US! You all helped us break the internet & we quickly transitioned to shipping through UPS. We would not still be here, doing this ice cream thing, without you.

After the pandemic we took a small break from our online store, because let's be honest...
WE NEEDED IT! We needed some time to make some changes, recover, and most importantly...figure out not only what works, but also refocus what sets our soul on fire. And this short break turned out to be the BEST THING we ever could have done.
How we used the downtime:
1) To grow our catering business. Our pink ice cream bikes have ALWAYS been the heart of our business and there is nothing we love more than having them out and about.
2) To create an entire education program to help other people both gain the confidence to start their own business but also to turn that new dream business into a long term & sustainable brand. Being a small business owner is HARD....BUT ALWAYS WORTH IT....made easier with the right community.
3) To perfect & expand our online store because we have missed putting smiles on your doorsteps. We have re-designed our packaging, increased our product offerings & now ship NATIONWIDE!
I made a promise back in 2020...
To repay all of the favors that have been given to me along the way. And I take that promise very seriously. This is one of the main reasons I created my small & mobile business educational programs. With the goal to help people gain the confidence to start their dream business & take steps daily towards making it a success. Starting this business was one of the best decisions I ever made...and I want that for you too!
